- The drawings were refined for secure construction, assembly, and finishing across distinct play zones and organic structures.

- A restaurant and bar environment inspired by the scenery, colors, and textures of Tokyo’s traditional alleyways.

01What does your interior design and build service include?
Our scope can cover research, concept development, space planning, detailed design, custom fabrication, construction, site supervision, quality assurance, handover, and aftercare.
02What types of spaces do you work on?
FIRST works across commercial offices, retail and hospitality spaces, indoor playgrounds, and selected large commercial environments.
03Can FIRST work outside Jakarta?
Yes. The company profile includes completed work across cities throughout Indonesia, including Bali, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Makassar, and others.
04Can you execute a design created by another consultant?
Yes. FIRST has delivered projects from external design directions as well as projects designed and built by our own team. The responsibility split is agreed during scoping.
05What happens after construction is complete?
The process includes handover, warranty assurance, and post-completion maintenance support based on the agreed project scope.
